As AFCON is happening, I thought I should do a list of my Top 15 best footballers in African football history. Based on performance & accolades:  1) Samuel Eto'o 🇨🇲 2) Roger Milla 🇨🇲 3) Eusébio 🇲🇿 4) Essam El-Hadry 🇪🇬 5) Mohammed Salah 🇪🇬 6) Sadio Mané 🇸🇳 7) Abednigo Ngcobo 🇸🇿 8) Michael Essien 🇬🇭 9) Didier Drogba 🇨🇮 10) Rigobert Song 🇨🇲 11) Emmanuel Adebayor 🇹🇬 12) Jay-Jay Okocha 🇳🇬 13) Vincent Enyeama 🇳🇬 14) Laurent Pokou 🇨🇮 15) Kalusha Bwalya 🇿🇲 The names on this list are probably expected but some odd choices explained;  • Essam El-Hadry is an AFCON legend & applied his trade in diverse lands, he has the second most appearances for the Egyptian national team.  • Abednigo Ngcobo played during a time when black players in South Africa couldn't represent South Africa so a Black XI was chosen once for a one off occasion where they beat Argentina. I live in a place with a reasonable amount of natural beauty & scenic places but I'm not going to lie & say it's the most beautiful place in the world, it's probably not even the most beautiful place in South Africa.  If you've been to KZN, you'll realise that it's not quiet like this . KZN is still a crime-ridden, impoverished place in Africa. I just like to edit videos to look aesthetically & audibly appealing. My social media often has nothing to do with reality even though I am my authentic self on both social media & real life, social media is designed in a way that you want to show your best side .  In travel videos & images, we never see the dark reality of people getting stabbed or road rage in Paris or New York, we just see beautiful buildings, the Eiffel Tower & Statue of Liberty. They'll never show you horrid pollution & you'd have to get there to smell the stench of these tourist attractions. Even with nature reser...

Upon my ponderings, I find several similarities in history & often wonder if these are reincarnations or simply people that were inspired by each other. We know Julius Caesar was inspired by Alexander the Great in his forming of the Roman Empire but there are similarities of two other figures in history that when observed really are quite similar, these are the stories of Adolf Hitler & Napoleon Bonaparte:  1) Both come from obscurity in that, they were said to not have been as wealthy as their peers;  2) They both sought power;  3) They both had similar nationalist-socialist principles in governance even though Napoleon initially was an anti-French Italian & Hitler was a pro-German Austrian.  You would think that this is the same person just different times in history.
