As health methods get better & recovery gets easier for athletes, we find many athletes can push their limits further. I noticed that in some longer distance running events, especially middle distance, some athletes are virtually sprinting them at times i. e. long, brisk strides. You'd think 800 metres or 1500 metres is not possible to sprint without getting a heartattack or a getting a giant cramp but I think it is possible. You load your body with electrolytes, essential oils & water then sprinting 1500 metres is simple to sprint. Marathons & ultra-marathons will always be a jog, slogging around corners trying to keep pace but 800 metres is fairly simple to sprint flat out at short distance pace.
We are all "Tu": In many, if not, most of the major indigenous languages in Africa, there's the "tu" suffix or "tu" in the body of the word meaning "a person" (NB: It can be spelt differently depending on accents, in some African languages it's "-du" & others "-tho".). " Tu " may be the best name for Africa collectively. Hausa: Person ~ Mu tu m Igbo: People ~ Ndị mma dụ Swahili: Person or people ~ M tu au wa tu Maybe Tu is too short a word to call a continent so we add the place name prefix "kwa" (meaning at/for) present in Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Zulu & other African languages to make Kwatu or KwaTu .
