Physical attacks legislation proposal.

I don't like fighting & prefer talks to physical altercations but below is a concept legislation I thought of that may work in our angry society.

PART 1) There should be no assault cases for people between the ages 15-35 except under the circumstances written in this article, they should just fight it out in a clear space with a 5 metre radius, any weapons or unnatural advantage held by one fighter must be taken away - murders are not charged in this circumstance. If someone outside the above age bracket attacks - you can defend yourself, if not, PART 3 applies. If this proposal is ever passed as law, it should only be for people of the same gender or PART 3 applies. If the fight is between more than two people, the party that attacked first is given 60 lashes & five years **unpaid labour in jail (50 lashes & *juvenile detention for the guilty party under 18 years).

PART 2) If a physically or mentally disabled person attacks you, they should get 50 lashes & pay for the costs of the physical harm but not get arrested unless the assault was a parent punishing a child, in that case, the parent should only be punished if they harm the child to the extent that the child can not physically heal or can no longer do physical feats that they could do before the punishment. If a physically or mentally disabled person repeats the attack on the same person, they are to do six years physical labour in jail & only paid for the last six months of their sentence.

PART 3) A male over 18 years who attacks a female - or someone with a mental or physical disability - who is not their child must get 60 lashes & five years of unpaid, physical labour except if they are a victim & attacked in self-defence then they should get no sentence. A female over 18 years who attacks a male - or someone with a mental or physical disability - who is not their child must get 70 lashes & set free except if they are a victim & attacked in self-defence then they should get no sentence. Any monetary expenses caused as a result of physical harm must be paid by person who did the physical harm.

PART 4) Also, people mustn't just be sent to jail to do nothing, they must do work & not lounge around doing sodomy & more crimes in jail. If they're injured or ill, they must do the work they can, no excuses.

**Physical labour/unpaid labour is any work from digging in mines, cleaning the streets & as a builder building/maintaining national infrastructure.

*Juvenile jail is for those under 18 years old who have broken the land's laws. They continue in the education system of the land in juvenile jail but serve their sentence as street cleaners & construction workers to clean & build national infrastructure.

History of the Mpofana by Mthoko M. Mpofana

I'm not very traditional, I'm more straightforward & basic & often disregard cultural nuances so this history of the Mpofana tribe is going to be as direct & concise as possible.  Growing up, I grew up knowing that the clan praises or izithakazelo of the Mpofana are "Zulu" & "Ntombela", I never questioned that.  What I know now for sure is that there's a lot more that's hidden in history. What I keep seeing being repeated from various sources is that the Mpofana were part of the Amazizi (or AmaTiti) tribe. I now know that in the midlands & perhaps further north, up to the northwestern parts of KZN, they use the greeting "MaZizi okuhlala", perhaps alluding to the fact that the Mpofana as well as other Amazizi tribes were among the original tribes to settle in present-day KZN from 200 AD onwards & the "Dlamini" praise or greeting was used among all Dlamini tribes i. e. the Amahlubi, Amazizi (Mtiti), Hlangwini...

A little about eSayidi ( Port Shepstone )...

Port Shepstone is a small town on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal known by the locals as "eSayidi".  In Port Shepstone, attractions include; Port Shepstone Museum, the annual Sardine Rush, a mall, two shopping centres & the beach.  Port Shepstone was settled by British, Boers & Norwegian settlers during colonisation.  By Port Shepstone is the suburb of Marburg where it's said Emperor Shaka met with Henry Francis Fynn in 1828 after the Zulu's Mpondoland campaign in present-day Eastern Cape. Descendants of Norwegian settlers in KwaZulu-Natal include cricket all-rounder Lance Klusener & South Africa's most successful football coach Gordon Igesund.  Despite many groups living in Port Shepstone including those of east African, west African, southern African, Asian, Arab & American descent, it remains a Zulu-speaking town.  Famous names to come from this small town called Port Shepstone include:  • Naima Kay (Singer...

What would a white exodus in South Africa mean?

Alright, in my previous blog I mentioned a white & Indian exodus in South Africa. We already joke about white people leaving South Africa for Australia, England or Canada & finding the going tough then coming back to South Africa but what if they were to go to a country where everything would be comfortable for them & they would forget about South Africa. What would become of South Africa?  Farmers: We're led to believe that the majority of farmers in South Africa are white so that vaccum would have to be filled & frankly, I don't think the current crop of black farmers can fill the void so we may have to buy food from elsewhere in the world so food prices may increase more than they already have.  Skills exit: Some may claim a skills exit in South Africa would leave a vacuum that would be filled by indigenous black professionals & while that may be true, they'll need to obtain the experience that the former non-black people had. No racism: There would ...
