I, recently, discovered that anthropologists can tell from a skeleton what race an individual is & what age they were. This then, obviously, debunks the theory that race is skin deep. It is, in fact, bone deep. Black people are claimed to have smaller brains to add to this new racial divide created by science.
The list of characteristics that are said to make black people better at sports more than other races are:
• Higher percentage of fast twitch muscles.
• Longer arm length.
• Longer hands.
• Faster patellar tendon (knee) reflexes.
• Higher centre of gravity (i. e. more spring in their step).
• More muscle, less fat.
• Broader shoulders, narrower hips.
• 3 - 19% more testosterone.
• Greater bone density.
I know some other races get jealous of the fact that black people are on average athletically superior but every race has it's own thing that they're good at.
On a more personal note, I think dark-skinned people should not feel ashamed of their skin & forced to lighten themselves. Being dark-skinned myself in South Africa, I'd always get mocked by being told I'm from Angola or Ghana (countries closer to the equator). I feel we should take it as a blessing from the Universe that we are so well adapted to life on the African continent as dark-skinned people. From our kinky hair to our large nostrils, we are perfectly adapted to the harsh African climate. Dark skin (melanin) protects from harmful UV rays of the sun. Be proud, be black, be authentically black. ✊🏿
